I haven't posted in here in awhile but I am trying to get my lazy behind out of bed and walk a mile Monday through Friday. So today I got up so am I starting now. Thanks in advance for your support.

Sunday 19th August - 3k walk/run uphill
Monday - 6.5k elliptical and 3k walking = 9.5k
Tuesday - 3.5k elliptical
Wednesday - 6k walk/run0 -
Hello everyone! Here's how my week is going so far:
8/19 5 miles running .5 miles walking = 5.5 total
8/21 3.5 miles running .5 miles walking = 4 9.5 total for the week
8/22 2 miles walking 11.5 total0 -
Sun: 22.01mi cycling (shorted myself a couple miles the other day, guess I was tired when I entered this originally

These are mainly early morning runs. They feel so much better, than trying to get it done after work.

i'm new here, and just started running again 6 weeks ago -- yesterday was my first 20 mile week. i have been lurking here for a few days, and it's been so inspiring to see everyone getting out there and racking up miles.

thu - 4.5 mi
just i signed up for my first 5K in a couple of years. my goal is 31 minutes, but secretly hope i can break 30.0 -

today: 5 miles
around 3.5 miles, i thought, "this is probably the best i am going to feel today." that thought picked me up and got me through the last mile and a half.0 -
