Starting this thread as a place to post your measurement/weight/photo updates, or just to chat about how you're feeling to receive some praise and motivation, or to do the same for others.
We're all in this together - so let's help each other along the way, and share the journey.
I'm going to take my 'Before' photo tomorrow morning, and do all my measurements every Monday morning before breakfast.
Will post up these on Monday, and add a ticker to my signature to keep track of progress!

Super idea. I'll take pictures and measurements every Saturday (more time) and hopefully there'll be a stunning 'before and after' comparison . woop!0

Personally, I'd rather just skip to the after pics (LOL) but as JM says, "Results do not come free - we have to put in the effort!" So, before pics it is0

Is there a way to add a ticker with measurements?
Unfortunately, MFP took away the privilege of having more than one ticker in your signature several months ago because it was apparently getting out of hand.0 -
Okay, here are the ugly starting stats:
Weight: 196.6
Natural waist: 36"
Waist at belly button: 42"
Hips: 46"
Bust at fullest part: 41.25"
Thigh at fullest part: 28.5"
Bicep: 13.5"
I haven't taken pictures yet, but am planning to do so tonight. I must be feeling brave and confident because I've never posted measurements before! It can only get better, right?0 -

I haven't taken before pics and I don't have a tape measure. Today is my 5th day doing the Shred, I started at 157 lbs and this morning I weighed in at 154. So, 3 lbs lost ) I'll get some pics today and I'll take more at the end of the 30 days, although a lot of my upper leg flab has disappeared already (YAY)!0

Okay, just done my measurements for the week - super depressing because the last ones I recorded were from late last year when I was almost at my target figure So safe to say I've accumulated quite a few inches everywhere! But it's exactly what we're here to change, so here are my measurements (all in inches):
Upper arm: 11.5
Bust: 37.5
Waist: 30.5
Stomach: 40.5
Hips: 39.0
Upper Thigh: 24.5
Height: 5ft 7in
Weight: 158 lbs
BMI: 24.75
I've taken before photos, but I'll wait until I have comparison shots later on before I put these up, it'll lessen the shame!0 -

I just got my DVD from Amazon.com... I know, I know... I'm 2 days behind. But I will start tonight and try to stick with the schedule. Nervous since this is my first time using one of Jillian's DVD, but excited!0

On day 5 of the 30DS! I've been sore everyday since I started but can already tell a differnce in my stamina from day 1 to now. I still cheat a little through some of the push ups and lunges. I want to be able to do the whole level 1 workout full out by day 10 (before I start level 2 and am sore all over again lol). I wasn't going to weigh my self until NEXT monday, but did anyway today....down 3 lbs! woot woot! Didn't expect that. Feels good!0

Congratulations. I have done 2 days and am definitely sore today. Still cheating on jumping jacks they are kicking my butt. I can do the push ups. My goal is to make it through the whole level 1 in 10 days as well.0 -
Ok today was my day 1 /12, i say that because i started just yesterday, fell a bit behind and have been feeling so out of it/unmotivated. But today I did do the whole thing! So that's my big accomplishment for the day0

Yes! Me too! The 10 ten day mark in the past has usually been when I drop dieting/working out all together, so I'm really hoping I can get past that "hump". Go us! We can do it!0

Well this is Day 2 and I did not use the DVD. Instead I went to the gym for one hour. Won't let this happen again. My priority is to complete the 30 day shred as indicated. Will be back on track tommorrow. Will post my measurements this week0
