My Visual Helper each morning:
I wrote a column of numbers 1-30 on the left side of my bathroom mirror (with dry erase marker) and as I lose...I erase the number(s). At the bottom of the list below #30 I drew a little a Christmas tree...Hopefully all 30 numbers will be erased before Christmas and then some!!!!

The problem I'm having is with my secondary "ticker" from TickerFactory...I tried to login in to update it but couldn't find where to log in...it wanted me to start all over again with a new ticker. Any suggestions (from those of you using the tickerFactory XMAS tickers) would be appreciated!!!!

Today's weigh in saw no changes - (that I can tell) I don't use a digital scale. I do know I haven't gained any.
