Bust: 35.5
Waist: 35.5
Left Arm: 12
Right Arm: 12
Hips: 40.5
Left Thigh: 23.5
Right Thigh: 24

Body Fat: 32%
09/04/2012 Measurements:
Bust: 34.75
Waist: 34.5
ARMS STAYED THE SAME
THIGHS STAYED THE SAME
Hips: 39.5
Weight: 192
Inches lost: 2.75 inches
Pounds lost: 2lbs
(Stage 2) Workout A:
(all the pounds are the totals....not per dumbbell)
Front Squat/Push Press: 35lbs ---> 50lbs
Step-Up: (10-inch step) 40lbs ---> 50lbs
Push-Up: Floor (still only able to go down half-way) ---> SAME
DB One-Point Row: 2x9 @ 15lbs (SHAKEY!!) ---> 50lbs (2x8)
Static Lunge w/ Rear Foot Elevated: (3-inch) 30lbs ---> 50lbs
Plank: 1x20 second ---> 2x45 second
Wood-Chop (laying down): 10lbs ---> 15lbs (CRAPPY!)
Workout B:
WG Deadlift from Box: (3-inch step) 70lbs ---> 100lbs
Bulgarian Split Squat: (6-inch step) 10lb plate ---> 40lbs barbell
Pullover: 25lbs ---> 30lbs
Reverse Lunge from Box w/ Forward Reach: (3-inch step) 20lbs ---> 40lbs
Standing Cuban Snatch: 10lbs ---> 20lbs
Swiss Ball Crunch: 15lbs --->20lbs

Side note: I do cardio 2-3x a week and yoga once a week. My only source of cardio is TurboFire workouts. I did the HIIT 15 & HIIT 20 workouts on the days I did NROLFW. On my off day that I still needed to do cardio, I opted for the Fire 30 workout. TurboFire is a mix of dancing and kickboxing. I also didn't binge at all during Stage 2.
