My goal is to get under 210. I am currently at 232, so I need to lose 23 pounds. If I can get under 210, then I can see my way out of the 200s!
I am around 225 and struggling to get under the 200s too. Maybe we can help eachother out!0 -
My goal is a body fat goal.
Current BF% = 30%
Goal BF% = 21%0 -
Ideally 28lbs. It'll be tought but I think I should be able to do it, and that would get me pretty much where I want to be with just a few post-Christmas pounds to lose! It's roughly 2lb per week so should be do-able.

I need to lose another 18 by Halloween to win a bet and would like to lose at least another 7 between then and December 15 so am looking at a total of 25.
I lost 65 pounds in a year and a half, put back on about 30 of it, and just lost 12 again. MFP has helped me to get back on track and challenges like this really, really help me! (The money I could win at Halloween is also a great incentive!)0
