    I am all in!!! Ready to lose 22 lbs. That is 1.5 lbs a week.
    My plan is to journal every single day and to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week.

    My biggest goal is to stay motivated to keep moving as the winter comes and it gets cold. All I want to do in the winter is snuggle under the blankets and be lazy. If I can at least stay almost as active as I have been I will be happy no matter how much weight I do or do not lose.
