    My goal for this challenge is to increase my motivation. I have been doing ok but I think I could do so much better. I feel like I am not really giving it my all. So this challenge (along with two others) is gonna kick my butt into dedication land.

    Starting weight 310
    Dec 15 weight 285
    Ultimate goal weight 165

    My tools for getting there are Mon-Fri before work Wii Fit Plus (aerobics, boxing, strength training) and 4 nights a week cardio at the Y. Startign strength training there too 2 of the 4 nights a week .

    I have a 10 day trip planned for early Nov so that should be interesting. If I go at it big for the first 6 wks then maybe the change of pace the trip will bring will be beneficial.

    I'd love to really get serious about working out and have more of a routine. Gotta stop letting myself have excuses! I also have a trip to Europe planned for thanksgiving time so I am hoping to lose weight by then and not be completely thrown from a healthy routine.

    My goal for this challenge is to get rid of my wobbly bits and tone up. To do this I think I need to lose another 5kg. I am doing a strength training program 4 days per week, stretching/flexibility & cardio 1 day per week and then kayaking on weekends.

    Goal weight: 50kg (110 lbs)
    Current weight: 55.4kg (121.8 lbs)
    Height: 158cm (5"3)
    Chest: 78cm (30.7 inches)
    Waist: 71.5cm (28.1)
    Hips: 97.5cm (38.3)

    Hopefully I have done the conversions correctly.

    There are a couple of weekends between now and the end of the challenge which might threaten my committment, but we'll see how I go.

    I am currently running 3+ miles 3-4 days a week. I have 3 5Ks scheduled between now and Dec 15 and am looking to add 1 or 2 more. I am also planning to do 30DS starting October 1st--so at a minimum, I should see some inches lost by 12/15!

    Ultimate goal is to find my passion for working out again! Was doing so good and loving it, then I hurt both of my knees and have not found that passsion again. My knees are better now.

    To eat well and prepare my own food eliminating the premise frozen foods I still eat.
    To exercise more. I currently try to get in five hours per week at the pool. I want to maintain or improve on that number as well as add in three sessions of lifting weights per week.
