Day 27-I missed Friday---but I will make it up at the end of the challenge to do 90 (even if almost consecutive) days! My body really needed rest. I intended to go ---but fell asleep! I am so MUCH stronger,though. My intent is not to miss any more days--that's my own personal challenge .

You should rest at least one day a week. I'll be good for your body to rest and come back strong, Right now, I only do three days a week because of my asthma. I have to go slow the first month and work a little more each month. Build it up slowly.0 -

That makes sense---I will try to not be hard on myself! Three days a week is awesome!!!

I did miss Saturdaydang it. Had a b-day party in the morning and a wedding in the evening and spent all my free time running around getting gifts. Landed some serious drama on Sunday with others living with us. I still got in 10 min.

I usually start letting myself go when stress comes my way but not this time. I think this will be the hardest week of dealing with personal issues and my goal is to have tracked and done the elliptical each day.

hello, that sound great, i have been doing the elliptical for about 3 weeks and already gotten up to 3.57 miles in 40 minutes with increase endurance this last week, but i can join the challenge, start from here until set date in Nov.20120

this is a brilliant idea! Im some what late to joining, and only just jumping back on the diet and exercise wagon again but am going to attempt to join in. Im also new to this site so any adds with regular users would be great please!0

I'm starting a self-challenge of going on the elliptical at least once every day--for 90 consecutive days
Right now-- it's been 2 miles--on each session----and that's about an hour's time.
Does anybody feel like joining me? I am on day 2--my commitment is go at least 2 miles--at least 1 hour.
The challenge can begin---Monday-August 20--with everyone setting their own miles--time---level---etc
The last day being November 19--just in time to look sexy for the holidays.
We will post only---at the end
