    I'm starting on Monday and my first 5k will be in early December. I signed up as well as my fiancée who is doing the program with me. It is for a good cause and even if we finish dead last, it will be a great experience and motivator to push through!

    I'm doing week 6-day 3 today and will be running in a 3k on Saturday. I'm planning on doing my first 5k towards the end of October. Both of these are fundraisers & I'm finding that they're good motivation to keep me going.
