Starting tomorrow - question on exercises, please help

So, starting day one tomorrow and theres 3 sets with 12 reps for each exercise.
Do I complete 1 set of an exercise then move on to the next and do 1 set of that exercise then move on to the next etc
OR do I do 1 set of reps of the first exercise then rest for 1 minute, then do another set of reps for the same exercise then rest for 1 minute and then do the last set for that same exercise? then move on the next exercise and repeat?
I think it'll be easier to do 1 set of each exercise right? and then the second and third? Sorry if I'm confusing ya'll I think I'm confusing myself.
Anyway would like to see some more experiences on this message board
has anyone lost weight on the first phase? I'm quite overweight sooo.. hopefully drop a few pounds

No stop in between for a minute then resume. If you eat clean like it says on there you'll lose weight0
