Sorry hun I posted on above thread as it was the only one I saw just now when I logged in. You must have been starting this thread at the same time. Tomorrow I will look for yours first but if you havent logged in yet I'll piggie back on whoever was in here first. oops I just posted on the challenge thread. I just found this one.
I joined this challenge today so I did 10 for Day one, and 15 for Day 2.
Edit to say hope this helps my knees.0 -
Squats were part of the workout I did today, so I ended up doing about 45-60 squats into a press up with 7lb weights. I can't remember now if I did 3 or 4 circuits.0

Went to bootcamp tonight where squats were part of what we did. Lost count, but I think it was somewhere in the 30s0

Day 2 - 15 done.. honestly today was a lot easier than yesterday's .. I had a hard time on the elliptical though LOL.. I'm not looking forward to these higher numbered sets though..0
