    Although my weight is down from last week, my bf% is up, I still have resumed a regular exercise program, and I didn't eat well.

    Edited to add: I've tried doing IF by adding coconut oil in my coffee. If my body fat trend continues, I'm going to have to rethink that, as it could be the cause, but it's too soon to tell.

    Feeling really good about it though. THink i have had some muscle gain, started crossfit and I have been doing a lot of walking so hopefully it starts showing on the scale soon.

    165.4 ---> I finally lost a couple of pounds after barely any loss since July. I had to make some changes to get here though but it is worth it for sure...I just hope it keeps going down. :happy:
