            Good Morning - That is ALOT of miles walked this week! Great job!
 I just did all 5M of 5 Day Slim Down - I think i have only done that once - I was about to pass out in the middle of mile 4, ha! I plan to rest tommorrow so will you all on Monday!

 I finally tried the Walk & Jog routine! I enjoyed it, Leslie stated in the video that it is comparable to walking 2.5 miles. There were a few movements I couldn't do (jog and kick and jog and leg swing) but I opened my feet up during those jogging sections so I would burn more calories and use different muscle.0
