I recently saw a similar question and the overwhelming response was (regarding Leslie dvd's) to log as low impact aerobic, so that's what I have been sticking to. I must really look into a hrm sometime soon.
The calories for low impact aerobics totals the same as 4mph.

I searched out low impact aerobics in the exercise area, input 52 minutes, it gave me 314
calories. It helps to know that Leslie counts as low impact. Thanks for the insight!0 -

Today I did the 5mile fat burning walk with boosts.
Total for the month now 25 Miles.
Goal 600 -

I did Walk Away the Pounds 3 Mile Abs without the belt, because I haven't got one, i did the arms though!

Nice walking this week ladies! Great job! I have been sick the past couple of days but was able to get in 2 miles this afternoon. I feel like I am stiffening up when i don't get my walks in.
I strongly suggest investing in a Heart Rate Monitor to accurately calculate your calorie burn. I got one last year and I don't know how I lived without it before.
Pulled out a 2 Mile walk off even more weight with the weight belt today. I broke a nice sweat so I feel a little better.

Hello My name is Christine and I know I'm coming in late but I love my Leslie Sansones dvd's
So I'd like to start for today and say I have no way to tell you how many miles I walk if I go on my outdoors walks
so I'll have to tell you by minutes... I asked if this is ok and I was given the thumbs up :0)
Now is there goals set for the group or do we make our own goals?

Today I did the 5mile fat burning walk with boosts. It's my only DVD of Leslie's bit there are more on the way so I can add some variety.
Husband and I painted our dining room this afternoon too so a very busy day
Tomorrow we are planning a day outside , lots of walking, weather forecast is good.
