    Good Afternoon! Have been sick this week and still not feeling well but made myself get up and move. Broke a nice sweat so I feel somewhat better. Hope to be back to burnin up miles tomorrow!

    Ugh!!!!! I can't catch a break but I can catch a cold with an accompanying stomach bug!
    Attempted to sweat it out but my body was like, "What the hell are u doing? I am on strike!"
    I refuse to let this thing beat me! If all I can do I stretch on the floor & do light walking, so be it!
