    The last several weeks have been crazy--my oldest dd got pneumonia :( and I basically stopped exercising and only ate half way well. I have been tracking again though and got some exercise in this morning.

    Goal 164.8 or 8.6 lbs which would put me in my healthy weight range.

    10/1 SW 173.4
    10/8 168.4
    10/15
    10/22 171.8
    10/29

    Monthly Goal: 5 pounds

    10/1- 161.2 lbs.
    10/8- 158.8
    10/15- 161.6 (Oops!)
    10/22- 162.2
    10/29-

    So, I wasn't the only one...drat that fun weekend in St. Louis!! Oh well, totally worth it!!

    Are we going to do this in November? I'm starting an exercise boot camp next week and think my numbers would be much better :)

    Final weigh in for this month.
    Monthly goal: Down 12 pounds
    Starting weight on 10/1: 286.8
    Weight on 10/8: 283.2
    Weight on 10/15: 282.2
    Weight on 10/22: 285
    Weight on 10/31: 283.4
    Actual weight loss: Down 3.4 pounds
