            Ladies... I failed you 
 I haven't done any Leslie walks in over a week. I've had a problem with my foot/instep, i suffer from plantar fasciitis sometimes due to extremely high inteps and it flared up in my right foot so haven't been doing so much (of anything). I'll be joining you as soon as I can...

            There are so many miles being walked here. Every one is doing some incredible walking exercise :drinker:

 5 miles: Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles. (Not a typo- I did mile 3 twice, which is the boosted 10 minute mile.)

            I've been watching everyone, and all of you are walking beautifully! I see this huge level of persistence, dedication, self empowerment, encouragement, commitment to renewed health and each other. It's very inspiring to see...:flowerforyou:

            5 mile fat burning walk today, later in the day than I normally walk.
 I've done this walk a few times now so put the DVD on the laptop in front of tv and watched the news while following the walk.

 I forgot to post on Wednesday but I did Just walk 4M + arms and today I did 2.5 Walk & Jog. That .5 was driving me nuts - LOL

 Small NSV...I can't at all walk backwards in real life, but am able to back up 4 steps doing the boosted walking. My favorite
 used to be sidesteps, the boosted backups are now Number One.0
