    Did WATP 4M Super challenge this morning - always a good sweat and burn!

    GOAL - 50 MILES
    SO FAR - 55.5 MILES

    Ladies... I failed you :(

    I haven't done any Leslie walks in over a week. I've had a problem with my foot/instep, i suffer from plantar fasciitis sometimes due to extremely high inteps and it flared up in my right foot so haven't been doing so much (of anything). I'll be joining you as soon as I can...

    You have not failed! I am so sorry to hear of your foot problems. I hope ypu will be back as soon as your body is up to it. We will be here waiting :)

    Princess you are so inspiring to me as you have been walking or such a long time. I am a newbie with typical newbie enthusiasm. Sticking with the program long term is the true commitment :flowerforyou:

    There are so many miles being walked here. Every one is doing some incredible walking exercise :drinker:




    Wednesday:

    5 miles: Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles. (Not a typo- I did mile 3 twice, which is the boosted 10 minute mile.)

    5 mile fat burning walk today, later in the day than I normally walk.
    I've done this walk a few times now so put the DVD on the laptop in front of tv and watched the news while following the walk.
    Might do that again :)

    I have 6.5 miles left to go until I meet my 50 mile goal for the month. Since there are still 7 days in October, I'm confident I will more than exceed 50. Yay!! Everyone else is doing great, as well!

    4 miles: 30 Minute Walk (2 miles) in the morning, and later in the evening I did Walk Strong Express (2 miles). Both are from the WAP For Your Week DVD

    Goal for October: 70

    WOW - I am so impressed with our group this month! WOO HOO! Look at all those miles!!

    I forgot to post on Wednesday but I did Just walk 4M + arms and today I did 2.5 Walk & Jog. That .5 was driving me nuts - LOL

    Small NSV...I can't at all walk backwards in real life, but am able to back up 4 steps doing the boosted walking. My favorite
    used to be sidesteps, the boosted backups are now Number One.
