            Happy Sunday! Got a new one at Target yesterday ( those who know me know I cannot walk past and pass up on a LS DVD I don't have - LOL ) It's Walk away the pounds 7 Day calorie blast - 7 workouts. I did the 2M Fitness Walk and at first was thinking ahead to doing one of the other workouts also but whew! I sweating and burning at 12 minutes! She does many more reps of the 4 basic moves. i know I already put this on my news feed but my husband asked if it was recorded in the 50's or 60's - LOL The walkers do look a bit dated but Leslie always looks the same. He cracks up at her laugh and the things she says - of course I tell him to shut up and move on out of the room.

 I am making up for all those months I didn't meet me my goal. LOL

 Small NSV...I can't at all walk backwards in real life, but am able to back up 4 steps doing the boosted walking. My favorite
 used to be sidesteps, the boosted backups are now Number One.
 Wow Christchick, that be a nice sized NSV I'd say :drinker: An awesome new favorite step for you, for sure. I'm happy for your accomplishments.

 princessf1, I saw that one at Target also and made note to check it out to see if I wanted to purchase. Will be waiting for your other 'reviews' :ohwell: as you have a good perspective. I've been wanting another DVD but not sure which one to get. Oh, what a dilemma:noway:0

 4 miles: 5 Day Slim Down- miles from day 1, 4 and day 5 twice.
 Goal for October: 70
 So far: 590

            Tuesday and I did the ultimate 5 day walk
 Total 101 miles. Very surprised the miles added up so quickly
 My legs have firmed a great deal and my shoulders and back seem more toned too. I had more room in a jacket I wore on Sunday.
 I am definitely noticing the difference pulling my tummy in as well.0

            princessf1, I saw that one at Target also and made note to check it out to see if I wanted to purchase. Will be waiting for your other 'reviews' as you have a good perspective. I've been wanting another DVD but not sure which one to get. Oh, what a dilemma
 I haven't done anymore of the workouts yet but will keep you posted. I am such an addict - I ordered 3 mile calorie blast from the WAH website - sheesh! The Belly, Buns & Thighs slimdown is a good one - comes with resistance thing that goes around your ankles - I was sore this morning! Good luck - I know, so many options.0

 Monday I did 3m Belly, Buns & THighs Slimdown and today 3M walk your belly flat with the weight belt.
 GOAL - 50 MILES
 SO FAR - 72
 Keep on walking - we have one more day - every mile is a victory!

            My final walk for October was the Ultimate 5 day walk 5 mile walk.
 Total for the month was 106 miles. More than I expected when I started out.
 Thank you to everyone on this thread for all our mutual support and such friendliness
