    I'd be really happy if people would add me. I've been false-starting keto for a week or so. I'm so used to eating an ovo-lacto vegetarian diet that eating meat daily feels strange. I also keep kosher and meat is expensive, so I've been going with more fish. Enough of the false starts...I know I can do this with some support!

    Add me! I'm a knocked-up ketoer, so my carbs are higher than 20 many days, but I still strive for a mostly low-carb way of eating. It helps offset the days I fall off the wagon and let the belly tell me what to do ;)
