Due to pharyngitis, then bronchitis, then walking pneumonia, over the fall months, I've been MIA. Well, now that I'm well, I'm back on the pavement. Here's what I did:

Tuesday - ran 3 miles
Wed - ran 3 miles
Thurs - rest
Fri - ran 3.2 miles
Sat - ran 4 miles
total for week: 15.2
