    I jogged 3.5 miles in 44 minutes tonight ... 5 minutes faster then last week. Im so happy!

    Mon: 1.25mi home Elliptical (less miles for same amount of time as the gym elliptical.. hmm)
    Tue: 4.25mi Dreadmill Run/Jog/Walk (lev 2&3 incline for mi 1-3, lev 4 incline for mi 3-4 which I walked/jogged. Walked last .25mi to cool down)

    Thu: 5.77mi Run (night run outside.. was nice!)

    Today was 2nd Reverse Tri. This was a blast! Over 1,000 participants. The last event was swimming in Heated Pool, Felt very refreshing!

    Due to pharyngitis, then bronchitis, then walking pneumonia, over the fall months, I've been MIA. Well, now that I'm well, I'm back on the pavement. Here's what I did:

    Sunday - ran 2 hilly miles
    Monday - rest
    Tuesday - ran 3 miles
    Wed - ran 3 miles
    Thurs - rest
    Fri - ran 3.2 miles
    Sat - ran 4 miles

    total for week: 15.2 :smile:

    And yes, Stacey, that's a fabulous side challenge! I'm in!
