Started on Tues and no real results yet , except that I can do the program a bit easier (still not 100%).
I have been at the same weight +/- .5 lbs for three weeks, and I am trying to determine why. I am eating under, so maybe I need to eat more but it is a tough decision. I am at least eating my BMR every day but not eating back all calories burned. But that's another topic for another page...

This is my first time ever taking my measurements....feels good to get out of denial and get honest....
Week one check in...7 days of the Shred (took one day off to recover) -put the numbers next to starting number...I find it hard to believe i gained an inch in my arms...so maybe I measured wrong last week??? Either way I am very happy to see the numbers-
Upper Arm: + 1.25
Waist: -0.875
Belly: -2.0625
Hips: -2.375
Thighs: -1.25
Calf: -0.125
Also I have been trying not to eat back all my exercise calories. I drastically changed my diet from eating what ever when ever to logging everything and not going over my calories...also I gave up regular sodas....Hard to believe these results. Definately motivation to keep going. Yeah for MFP and 30DS. Good luck on week two everyone!0 -
