Time spent on workout question

It takes me about 45 minutes to do the full workouts with proper resting included. Is this too fast or is it a good length of time?

what stage are you on?
in stage 1 i was doing around 30 minutes. by stage 2 it was 45-60, by stage 3 and beyond it was 75-90 minutes0 -
I'm only in stage 1. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who does it fairly quickly. It only takes me 35-45 minutes.0

Stage 1 used to only take about 35 minutes for me. I'm on stage 3 and it definitely takes over an hour!0

Stage 1 takes me about 21-23 min....makes me wonder if im not lifting heavy enough. But I feel like rest times are about appropriate. I'm ready to go in about 50sec so fairly close.0
