This weeks challenge 12/24 through 12/30

This week's challenge is to get in at least 300 exercise minutes!! For some of you, this will be a piece of cake! These minutes will not include food preparation or cleaning this week, even though you do burn calories from them, but the point of the challenge is to go hard on top of those. You can still log whatever you normally do but not for the challenge. Let me know if you are in. I think making a schedule will keep you on track! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
