    It would be really cool to find my twin because I am just starting out and it has been really hard to break my poor eating habits. I have also been trying to keep my diet on the DL because everyone says, "you don't need to lose weight!" But I want to look and feel good in a tight dress and a bikini again!

    We aren't exact "twins", but I understand your feeling of everyone telling you "You don't need to lose weight!". Gets annoying-- doesn't it? I tried to keep working out and dieting from my husband and friends, because they thought it was dumb. Now after a few days of crying and clothes not fitting, I've just told them that I'm doing it. They can help :-).

    Often exhausted due to wacky thyroid, but I've always had a very active/fit life (running, gym, martial arts, dance, tennis, etc.) Looking to be where I was before my thyroid acted up, 10 years ago - fit, energetic, active. :)

    Current weight: 140
    Goal weight: ~120

    I'm very pear shaped, I'm 34 A up top and my hips are ~40 inches and I've always had a big booty and bigger legs even when I was only 100lbs...I get it from my momma haha!

    I went from weighing around 130 to 151 when I moved and stopped worked 3 jobs and I'm still trying to lose it 2 years later.

    I just started doing JM's 30 Day Shred in addition to running/biking a few times a week. I'm working on getting my diet under control because I always start to over eat during winter, especially with all the good holiday food.

    We are very close! I'm 5'2 and 118 is my first goal. I may add a new one depending on what my body allows. I also have a little one!

    I struggle mainly with social settings, wine/beer, meals with friends, and I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I am especially demotivated to be active in the winter. Brrrrr

    I achieved my Goal Weight last year by using this and cutting out drinking for 3 weeks straight. I felt great. I immediately gained 2 lbs back but that is par for the course after a three week diet. Since my achievement in March I started putting it back on, about a pound a month. A week ago I was at 142.5 lbs, so I'm starting the 3 week diet again and want to get back down and stay down. I advertised my last diet to gain support and it worked. Now I'm embarrassed that I have to do it again less than a year later so I am not mentioning it much.

    Losing the weight I can do, keeping it off well... Looking for a twin to lose the weight and to support one another to keep it off.

    Although I am not new to MFP, I have found the motivation to finally use the website. I would love to find friends on here as sort of encouragement to actually follow through with the logging.     Hi! I've been using MFP for a little while now but have no friends!

    Just almost 5'9
    HW - 181
    LW - 145
    CW - 163
    Goal weight - 150
    Calories - 1200 a day
    Exercise - 5x a week

    It's tough to maintain that 1200 a day calorie total - I need to exercise so I can eat more!!! Just trying to get back into the swing of things after the holidays threw me off track!
