Challenge Number 1 will start on January 1, 2013 and will last for 3 weeks, with weekly check-ins.
Challenge 1:
Part one: 4 30 minute (or more) high intensity workouts per week. This means you are going as hard as you can- be it through interval training, 30 day shred, insanity: whatever it is works fine as long as we're working our hardest.
Part two: Hit your macros 4/7 days of the week (meet your goals on carbs, protein, fat)

Height 5'4" (the doc says I shrunk to 5'3.5", but I think it's because I have no cartilage in my hip.)

Going for hip replacement Feb 6, so I want to lose as much as possible and get in as good of shape as I can by then so recovery is faster and my mobility is easier.0 -

Journey to lose about a dozen pounds. It's been A LONG TIME since I looked at the scale and it smiled back...
I think the last 15 are the hardest particularly for us short folk! Good idea for a group.0
