mz asher- Love your name. Asher is my little boy's name I workout at the gym. I think a lot of the workouts would be hard to do if you don't have all the equipment but you may be able to modify some of the stuff or find workouts at home that are good. I do know that she has a workout on the site that is an emergency workout if you can't make it to the gym.
Kat, I am on week 7. Have you been pretty good at reducing your carbs on this phase? So far I haven't but I am committed to do better at it. I love this program! I also agree with the hide the scale. I have lost lots of inches as well and just love how well my clothes are fitting.
kkaus- I am not following her plan but try to eat pretty clean. I always have at least one protein shake after working out sometimes I have one in the morning though. And a big salad for lunch with chicken breast. In the 2nd phase she wants you to cut down on carbs after 3 pm. This is hard for me because I usually make things my husband likes for dinner, and he doesn't eat as well. But I think what you have on your list are great.
