In the next 50 days I want to:
1. Gradually increase the weights on my 3 x weekly lifting routine started on 31 Dec
2. Lose half a stone (7lbs)
3. Maintain my muscle mass
3. Reduce my bodyfat
4. Reduce my BMI
5. Reduce my blood pressure back to normal0 -
Excited for this group!
1.) My goal is to lose 12lbs in 50 days
2.) workout 4-6 times per week
3.) incorporate more weight training
4.) get back into tracking my food which is something I have been slacking on
5.) form the habbit of a healthy lifestyle and stick with it going forward0
