I am really good with my cardio, get at LEAST 60 minutes at least 5 days a week, need to work on something for the weekends too.
Water been good so far...usually have at least 100 ounces.....harder in winter tho lol....0 -
I have been drinking the water but I have not started my workouts yet...will start on Sunday.0

Haven't checked in in a couple of days. I've done 4 days cardio so far and hopefully today will make it my fifth. I've been drinking much more water but some days I don't hit my goal. Will definitely try harder with the water drinking.0

Completed the challenge today. Actually went over. Did C25K mon, wed and today which totalled 30 minutes a day. Did Plyometrics on Monday as well which is an hour long, and doing Kickboxing (Kempo) tonight with is another hour or so. So will have 3 1/2 hours of cardio done this week. This challenge was easy hehe.0

50 min of cardio today (01/11/13) and 72oz of water today, can't believe I got that much water in. A week ago I was lucky if I got one glass In a week.0

I've been thinking of this post all week and drinking more water than I used to, but it's good. I've also been exercizing. The first few days was walking a couple miles and yesterday and today I tried a beginners zumba dvd. love it! That along with the no sugar, and I hope to see great results.0

I wasn't able to do this. Even though I logged 6 glasses of water, later I would drink more. I just didn't log an extra glass. No exercise at this time. Will do next week challenge.0
