    Lost .5.. Not 1 lb,but down 3.5 over the two weeks. I need to stay a bit more focused and increase the activity level.

    I have lost a total of pounds since Dec 28. I beleive it was about 2 pounds since last week.
  • 1/1-1/8 = 2 pounds lost
    1/9-1/15 = 2 pounds lost

    Total Lost = 14 pounds lost

    1st Short Term Goal = 15 pounds lost

    I think I was up this week. 182.4, up from 182.2. Not a great weigh in for me, but not terrible
  • Last week: 156.4
    This week: 155.8

    Another week, another half pound... at least I am headed in the right direction.

    I think I was at 165 last week. I know I'm late checking in, but I was 164.5. which could be anything. Hmm, keep going!
