This is great! I am so happy to see the scale moving in the right direction. I will never see 170 again.
It has been tough, I have had no exercise at all for just over a week now due to a running injury. Doc said "maybe" by then end of this week I can start taking short walks.
I sure hope so, I have been feeling so lethargic since I stopped exercising.0 -

Unfortunately, I gained two pounds this week. With the long weekend, my husband being sick and family coming in unexpectedly, it wasn't a good end to a hard week. Oh well, today is the start of a new week and am back on track. We can do this.
