    Hi!

    I'm 5'6'
    Heaviest Prior to MFP: 175-180 (back in 2006 ... kinda weird for me to admit these days)
    CW: ~134
    Goal : around 130... really just trying to lose the stubborn fat.
    Struggling to lose any type of weight/inches though, maybe lost .5 at the waist and .5 of a pound since May :sad: .. it'd be great to find others to stay motivated...feel free to add me. :)

    Heaviest weight: 179
    CW- 138 to 140
    GW- 129

    Can't lose the rest of the weight! My body wants to hold on to it!

    CW: 106.5
    GW: 102-105.
    Body Fat: 17%

    I don't much care about the number as long as it stays about where it is currently. I'm also okay with my BF%, I think the fat just needs to get redistributed a bit. I am really trying to gain muscle and strength through training! Would love some MFP friends with similar goals :)



    We are pretty close, although I am older :)

    I have a decent amount of muscle mass at this point. I am an aerobics instructor and I have always been physically active. The photos in my gallary are from over 6 months ago and I have made progress since then so I will take some new ones.

    What is your diet like? What is your training like?

    Hooray! I do a lot of cardio, and I've just started trying to focus more on building muscle and strength. I have cerebral palsy, so I'm kind of making up for lost time because I wasn't too active up until about 3 years ago (as you can see from my highest weight!!) I'm a pescatarian and I try to eat as many whole foods as I can. My diary is public, if you have any feedback, I welcome it!! I'm going to add you! :)

    Beyond weight loss, I'm also trying to become a runner and I found a 6-week routine that is supposed to help me build to being able to run more for longer. Currently in week 4 and its kicking my butt!

    I'm Caryl, lifetime WW member, but currently trying the 17-day Diet (and loving it!) because I have been stuck for a long time, despite eating healthy and exercising regularly (I love the outdoors). Would love to find my weight loss twin in this group!

    I'm 23 years old, vegetarian (try to be vegan), and my stats are:

    Height: 5'5"
    CW: 120-122 lbs (seems to fluctuate a lot)
    GW: 108-110 lbs

    I'm pretty small-boned and have a small frame, so this may seem low but I don't think it will look unhealthy on me. Twins, anyone? ;)

    I am 39 years, mum of 2 working full time at present:

    Height around 5'6 ish

    HW:165lbs ish

    LW:127lb

    CW: 152lb

    GW: 130lb

    Had a tough couple of years and fell off the wagon but getting life back on track and need to be fit at 40 in 11 months!!

    Hope I can find a twin to support each other!!

    New to the group, this is exactly what I was looking for, someone to be "on the treadmill next to me", always makes you push yourself farther.
