Tuesday: 45 minutes of free weights, while being watched by no less than 16 guys. Where are all the ladies? I guess not lifting free weights.

@ Stealth it was great. I PR"D. Shaved 6 minutes off my previous 10k race back in september. So even when I dont feel like I am getting faster it is happening. You had a great week too. I need to add hill repeats into these upcoming weeks. I start speed training next saturday0
