1/15: 150.8 loss: 1.4 total: 3.0 (oh, that makes me feel excited)
1/26: 148.8 loss: 2.0 pounds (I posted Friday instead of tuesday because I missed last week)
total so far: Loss: 5 pounds
next week goal: Stay at 148.8 or below--not to gain by next Tuesday is my goal
Total Goal: 135ish

I lost 2 lbs. this week.
Next week it might either stay the same, go up or down. That is what happens with me but that is fine, because last August when I decided to lose 1 pound a week it has worked out just great. It's been 22 weeks and I have lost 23 lbs. So always look at the big picture.0 -
I really worked hard on staying on track this week and it showed! I lost 1.8 pounds! Next week is going to be a challenge since I'll be traveling again. Need to stay strong!

I lost 3.4 this week. I didn't do anything different. I'm logging everything and exercising! I hit my 10lb mark so now I get to buy myself something pretty which this time will be a new charm! Thanks for the great support and encouragement everyone!0
