    I didnt lose any weight last week, but I'm happy that I put on absolutely nothing either, considering I only exercised for 2 days, and I went and got (very) drunk last Sunday for a leaving party!

    Lets hope for atleast a 2lbs weight loss this week! :)

    I had a great week and I'm so proud of myself. I hope everyone else did great this week. If not, don't get discouraged. No matter how slow you're going, you're still lapping everyone on the couch! Keep moving!

    Well, overall I'm up 0.2 lbs since last week BUT my fat mass is down 0.6 lbs and my lean muscle is up 0.8 AND I accomplish a goal this week of WOGging 13.65 miles in one fell swoop (it took me 3 hours and 9 minutes but I did it!). I'm calling this week a WIN!

    Start (09/22/12): 157.8 lbs, 54.0 lbs fat, 103.7 lbs muscle
    Current (01/27/13): 152.0 lbs, 44.6 lbs fat, 107.5 lbs muscle
    Goal (01/01/14): 135.0 lbs, 25.0 lbs fat, 110.0 lbs muscle
