    Well, the new scale that read me 2lbs heavier last Sunday now reads me at the weight the old scale reads me..Net loss is 0, but I'm moving those numbers! Oh, and I'm down a full inch on my waist from 2 weeks ago!!!

    Yes! I finally get back to my starting weight, I had the same issue as ellabelle after purchasing a new scale, :noway: a 4 pound instant gain. :noway: lol

    Bad week for me, and a good week. I discovered that I need to ask for help. I can't do this alone. I need to plan better. I need to stick to the plan. I will most likely have a weight gain at tomorrow's weigh-in, but I will also have a gain in insight and determination. Baby steps!

    I won't be weighing in this week. I have had strep throat for the past 4 days before finally going in to diagnose and treat it today. I haven't been eating anything besides popsicles and tea. I am sure that whatever I lost will be gained back next week once I start eating normally again.

    UGH... Gained .6 lbs (POINT six pounds NOT six lbs LOL) this week. Weird. And it was my best workout week EVER! Lol. Oh wee, we have good weeks and bad weigh in weeks. :)

    I can't believe it!! TOM for the second time this month -it's only been two freaking weeks. I'm not recording scale weight for a few more days with all the water weight etc that TOM brings with him!!:angry::grumble: :sad:

    I was 164.2 at the end of week 1, too. Week 2 I went back up to 169. Now I'm back down to 164. My body needs to make up its mind already :P

    Ah, I gained this week. (2.5) Not happy with it but know it's my own fault. Made some bad food choices this past weekend and didn't get any activity in. All set for a new week!

    Slow moving and lots of ups and downs lately. January was crazy at work - lots of late nights and early mornings, which meant skipped work outs and food on the go. Now that the big event is over, I can hit it hard in February. I'm going to start the 30 day shred and going for a strong 5 to 8 pound loss in February!
