The scale says I'm up 3lbs from last week, which I think is unlikely. But I was sick all week, didn't work out, and didn't make the best choices. However, I probably ate at maintenance, and I'm going to chalk this week up to sodium.

But I would love to have this kind of motivation for my weight loss, so here it goes,

I'm so proud of everyone here! Even those who have gained understand what it was (salty foods on camping trip, etc.) and have a great attitude!
I think for me the hardest thing last week was depression. I was in too bad of a funk to exercise even though I know it would make me feel better, and I didn't have any food in the house that was healthy. Then I got to buy some salad, which I was craving, and one of my kids helped unpack the groceries and put it in the freezer!
Ah well.
