    Hi All, I'm Becky. I'm 5' 10", my current weight is 251.5, and my pants size right now is between a 20 and a 22.

    Below are the goals to accomplish by May 1.

    1. Weigh 230 or less

    2. Run a 5K without walking (Race scheduled for April 6)

    3. Fit in my favorite jeans (size 18) and then get to skinny for them!

    Goals:
    1. I hope to lose around 30 pounds by May 1!! :D Any more would be a bonus! lol
    2. Be able to fit into my awesome long black coat on 2/16 (my bday!) I'm sooooo close right now!
    3. Be able to fit into my old fav jeans (size 18) comfortably by 3/1.
    4. Fit into my Dallas Cowboy's Jacket comfortably that I bought & couldn't wear :(
    5. Complete the C25K and look into doing my first 5K ever!!

  • Hi Everyone, my goal is to transform my body. Which is something that I nevere aspired to, but now I have a burning desire to be the BEST ME I can be in every Way, Shape, Form, and Fashion!!! (LITERALLY) So I have begun to implement muscle confusion and circuit training to my workout regimen along with more cardio. So Pumped!!!!! GOING HARD SO I DON'T HAVE TO GO HOME......:wink:

    Goals: (not in any particular order)

    1. Get Swim Suit Ready.
    2. Get into smaller sized clothing.
    3. New look for my BDay in July.
    4. Complete a Summer Run here in Chicago.
    5. Be a poster board for my business.

    UGW: 115-ish as long as I can get some decent definition, I'll be happy

    Goals:
    1. Lose the flab
    2. Increase strength
    3. Gain some muscle
    4. Shoot for the 36-27-36 measurements (I'm only a few inches away)
    5. Start accumulating pictures of myself (I don't have very many over the last 12 years because I don't like the way I look in them; it's not just the extra flub, I'm just not very photogenic):laugh:

    Really need this, joined with people from work and they all gave up no one gets on now. I really love tracking everything but need support and to keep me accountable. Before Christmas had lost 11 pounds put back on 7 ugh!!!

    Goals:
    To loose at least 40 pounds by the end of June
    To have more energy to keep up with my little man
    To HAVE to shop for new clothes by the beginning of the next school year.

    Sorry I'm late. I ended up out of town without my laptop which is ok for tracking purposes but not great for forums.

    Anyway, my weight and goals are listed below. Oh, please feel free to add me as a friend. I need lots of people yelling at me to help keep me motivated sometimes.

    CW: 150.8

    Goal Weight: loose 10lbs by 1 April (a little over one pound per week); 20lbs by end of year.

    Other Goals: Complete Shamrock HM slated for 17 March (I have 6 weeks of training left).
    Possibly complete a HM in September (there may be some family planning priorities).
    Possibly compete in a body builiding competition (pending family planning priorities). Husband's first show is tenatively slated for 20 April.
    Pay off a bunch of debt
    Re-align my household budget so my family can live on one income.

    I'm late too!! Had a mad weekend with lots of ups and downs.

    The dreaded last 5 pounds needs to come off. :grumble: They came off before Christmas and went right back on.
