i finished everything but the walking and I was like "yay I did it! I am shaking but i did it!" but then I realized I forgot the leg lifts ugh! I will add that to my normal routine that I am doing later along with walking.0

Beginning workout done except for Beyonce. Will have to do that at home without an audience. :-) Today was a weight lifting day so I subbed some of the exercises with what I do at the gym (flys, chest press, etc.)0

My legs are hurting from yesterday's lunges & squats. Did walk 2.5 miles ... yah! Thanks for the great challenge!

Wow what a challenge! I am loving this.
Does anyone have any neck, lower back and sides stretch they recommend? I am hurting and can't find a stretch that is working well enough.0 -

finished with day two and even roped my boyfriend into doing it with me and he is way outta shape he was worse than me lol >< was very hard but well worth it thanks alot ^_^ your a great inspiration

My abs were already sore (from yesterday!) before I started.
Sorry. Skipped the song. Didn't have access to YouTube when I did mine.
Made a few modifications:
Plank: I was able to hold for 30 seconds, but I had to do it on my knees, not my toes
Pushups: Against the wall
Crunches: standing
Burpees and Mountain Climbers: I did them, but they weren't pretty.
I didn't have any soup cans handy, so I grabbed a couple of aersol cans. (Make do with what ya got!)
