Level 2 day 5 tonight... Sore in my shoulders and back from deadlifts yesterday so no looking forwards to this. Having some serious trouble with the V lifts...0

I think I'm officially ending the shred as a program, though I still plan on doing the dvd once in a while! I'm not really liking doing the same workout 10x consecutively and might start going L1/L2/L3 alternating.
Regardless - as of today I've lost about 3lbs and did see results (15 days in). Still a fan of Jillian, but I'd rather be switching the workouts up a bit more to use different muscles.

Level 2, day 9 done. Only one more day until I move on to level 3. My shoulder was considerably better today. Still not perfect tonight, but much better.0

Did Day 7 today!! It definitely gets more manageable, so keep pushing through! I am so happy every morning when I wake up and look at my stomach which is developing more tone and shape than I thought it would!0
