I have a half on April 7th. Was only supposed to put in 19 miles this week per the training plan, but I was enjoying my runs so much, I will probably put in 30 after my Saturday run! Taking a rest day today though. I could tell my legs were tired yesterday! I will do my 100 pushups program, maybe some yoga and or kettlebells, though.0 -
