    Sun: 10.09mi. - Run (Avg 11:12min/mi, 5.35mph. Gorgeous day for running today!! about 34-37˚F for the whole run with only a little bit of a breeze during the last half :smile: )

    Sunday: 3.37 miles running (and according to the app, at a 5:06 mile/minute pace! There has to be some kind of mistake)

    Tuesday: absolutely nothin'!

    I have a half on April 7th. Was only supposed to put in 19 miles this week per the training plan, but I was enjoying my runs so much, I will probably put in 30 after my Saturday run! Taking a rest day today though. I could tell my legs were tired yesterday! I will do my 100 pushups program, maybe some yoga and or kettlebells, though.
