Thanks Mary! I really fought urges to stop at fast foods today. My commute home was horriable but I drunk my water instead and talked myself out of it. I was thinking of what I could get within my calories and that is what I did last month and did not want to go that route again this month.

Hey everyone! I'm doing well this week and it looks like everyone else is too! Keep up the good work guys!!! Tomorrow, I'm planning to go out for happy hour/dinner with my coworkers after work. It's gonna be though but we'll see how it goes!

Happy Sunday everyone! So I ended going over calories and I ate FF on Friday but it's ok! I moved on and had no FF yesterday and today!!!

It has helped me to add junk food to this challenge. When I go to grocery store I think of this challenge and will leave that candy bar in there and have my fiber one brownie instead with half a glass of skim milk. Sat and Sun was awesome for me too, no fast foods! Took bake chicken to my sister's house so I would not have to have any of the fried wings. So my weekend was soo good mentally. Trying really hard to hit my weight loss hard the rest of the month and March. I want to be at or under 350 pounds by end of March.
You all are all doing great! Keep up the good work!! and have a good week! I will probably be checking in my end of month.

That's great Mollie! I'm always thinking about this challenge whenever I'm at a FF restaurant or at the grocery store. I went to McDonald's yesterday with my mom and I decided to get a grilled chicken sandwich and a fruit & maple oatmeal. I was tempted to eat some of my mom's fries but I resisted!
