Sorry all -- I got busy these past few days with other stuff but I'm back and hopefully no more distractions! I know that was an excuse but I will try my best to be stronger than my strongest excuse!

    I did absolutely nothing today. I ended up getting sick and the only exercising I've been doing is running to the bathroom. (That counts some right? LOL) Hopefully I will be all better tomorrow and get back to my Ripped in 30 and walking.

    Glad to see everyone back today. I was feeling lonely yesterday. :smile:

    Monday did bike ride for 30minutes by the beach it was beautiful and relaxing...
