Right, so I've just finished my first FitTest and I have to say I feel slightly light headed and somewhat nauseous, which means this is going to be good
Here's my first stats:
Height: 163cm/5'3in (just FYI, not hoping for this to change ;P)
Weight: 57.6kg/127lb

There is nothing wrong with these numbers at all.....My GF and I are on day 7 and it will get easier......Tomorrow is not that bad and if you are sore like were were push through as it helps with any stiff ness....and when you get to the Cardio recovory day that is what help us with the stiffness. Day 7 and both of us are not feeling the soreness we started out with and each day is easier!

Couldn't do one push up jack, I had tried day one of P90X Sunday and im still super sore.(properly couldn't do many anyway. This is pretty bad but I am going to do as much as I can everyday. That will be 100% more than I'm doing now. Sooner or later I'll be better. Day one tomorrow 4:15 am.0 -

Yes, I found that kinda strange. Maybe something went wrong with the first measure up. Well it's in balance now as you said. Let's see how it will progress with the next fit test
