    Hi all, I am new here and would love to join in. I have never done Leslie Sansone until this this past week. I've done 7 miles so far. Not sure what to set as a goal for the remainder of the month so I will push myself to see what I can do. I am hoping this will give me the motivation to keep moving.

    princess, I have only got a four pack but I don't mind :laugh:
    I did Leslie's walk it off and tone it up today and replaced the firmbands. I have a skin condition that worsens with sweat and the rubber is not good for my hands, With gloves it is even worse. So today I took my dumbbells (6s) and did triceps kickbacks , press outs and shoulder presses, side lift and more. Will see if I'm sore tomorrow:bigsmile:


    My goal: 60 miles

    02/02. 5 miles - 5 mile fat burning walk
    02/03 4 miles - 1 mile (5 really big miles) + 3 miles on the treadmill
    02/04 5 miles - Walk it off and tone it up
    02/05 1 mile - 4 mile power walk
    02/06 5 miles - 5 day walk plan
    02/07 2 miles on the treadmill
    02/09 2 miles outside and 5 miles with Leslie (5mile fat burning walk)
    02/11 5 miles - walk it off and tone it up

    Left to walk: 26 miles

    I want to run 60 miles in February: so far I've run 17 miles (quite a bit behind target)

    I am going to HAVE to get back into exercise. I am too young (58) to be having problems. So I am going to start doing at least 20 miles from today. Either 1 or 2 miles a day - 5 days a week.

    Goal: 14 miles.
    2/11 - 1 mile

    13 miles left.

    How do you list all the dates and then go in there every day to edit it? It wouldn't let me do that. I will just have to copy and paste each day that I log in with my totals.

    You just write it once ( Goal and what you have walked) and then you copy it from the last post and add the new workout.

    February Goal: 25 lbs

    2/1 - 1 mile (with walking belt)
    2/2 - 3 miles (with walking belt)
    2/4 - 1.5 miles (with walking belt)
    2/5 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
    2/6 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
    2/7 - 1+ mile (with walking belt) (22 minutes to get good part of video in)
    2/8 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights) Only had time to get in 1 mile, so I jogged some during the walking parts.
    2/9 - 2 miles (resistance band)
    2/12 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)

    Total = 12.5 miles; 12.5 to go ...HALFWAY POINT!!

    Great job Barbara and way smart on adding the weights. I bet you won't be sore. You workout pretty regularly.

    Thanks for keeping this challenge going. Although I do other forms of exercise I love my Leslie walks! I'm in again this month! My goal for January was 50 and I walked 61. I am going back with 50 for February since this month is a few days shorter!
