Lets start a /monthly weigh-in challenge...set our goals and then try to meet them..and we can enter our wts in a particular format every week.

mine target is - 83 to 65 in 6 months.....!!! big job but possible....i have cut my alcohol intake ... not a single drink in last 8 days....reduced ghee,paranthas,pizza etc.....lets see .... biggest inspiration on myfitpal- aditi n fab n fit !!!0

My target is 4 kg by next month and I weigh almost everyday to track the weight loss/gain trends based on my food intake and workouts.0

target appears a bit too stiff. At times, sustainability becomes an issue when we keep such a stiff target. If there is non-achievement, it can set frustration and then one may tend to lose the drive itself! We all need to carry-on with our targets for at least an year. From that perspective, 2-3 Kgs per month appears to be more desirable and they too are not easy.0

How about to keep this group active and to motivate each other we set our monthly goals and then do weekly weigh-ins on the same day each week i.e. Saturday?
That way as we're working towards our respective goals we may be able to offer each other some help/encouragement or even celebrate the success we're achieving.

Hey All,
I just want to lose 1.3 KG this month so that I can be under 80 KG. I want to do it in baby steps. I am in no great hurry to lose it all. I want to take the middle-path.
Hope to achieve it by April end.

Currently I weigh 81.3 KG. I was over 95 KG last year. Its roughly over a year since I started working out. In spite of working out like there's no tomorrow I dint notice any significant reduction rate.
Its only after I joined MFP, I realized my mistakes. I binged too much off-radar.
Now I am conscious of what I eat, when I eat and how much I eat. A leak well corked now.
