Hi there,

Thought I's share this speadsheet that I found which records your lifting progress. I have deleted all the weight/rep cells and I am slowly adding my own.

    Thanks - but it says it doesn't exist - I think that is because your link has .... in it instead of the full link maybe?

    werkit.com also has the spreadsheets. It asks you to type in the answer to a question from the book and then you have access to download and print all of the workouts. It makes such a big difference and is so much easier than the one in the book. Good luck.
