    hi i'm 5'9 and 34 years young
    hw- 198 (previous college athlete, post graduation and gained more weight than ever- many moons ago though)
    lw- 135
    cw- 155
    i'm looking to get around 140 in a healthy way! maybe we should start to inspire each other!

    just a shade under 5'10"

    Highest weight: 190 pounds (first few years of college were tough on me!)
    "Normal" weight (where my body goes if I take a laid-back approach to weight): 155-160
    Current weight: 145 pounds or so
    Goal weight: 135 pounds (maybe 140 if I add muscle)

    We are pretty close, too!

    Goal weight is between 155-160. I kept it in this region for 2 years but had a slip this fall and the pounds just added on.

    I'm a small frame so that's why maybe my GW seem a bit low. Usually with my height you look really fit at 130 lbs..

    I workout everyday, for 1 hr or so (dance, yoga, biking, free weights) and am a wannabe vegetarian. I love workouts that build muscles for the booty and hips. Curvy hips and pear shapes turn me on. XD I also need to get my body fat percentage down so I can get a six pack again. Kay, that's it I believe.
