    Hi Fellow Walkers!

    I'm still striving to hit my 60 mile goal for February. This week was not too good for me health wise, I had a severe sinus headache for 2 days straight. But last night I was finally feeling better and hit the gym for a 5 mile walk on the treadmill. So that walk brings me up to 23.75 miles so far, and 36.25 to go! Yikes!

    So here is my super duper aggressive plan to hit my goal:

    Tonight (Friday) - 6 miles (treadmill again)

    Saturday - 4 miles (treadmill) 3 miles Leslie for a grand total of 7 miles (I plan on going to the gym in the morning and using the DVD's in the evening)

    Sunday - 4 miles (treadmill) 3 miles Leslie for a grand total of 7 miles (I plan on going to the gym in the morning and using the DVD's in the evening)

    Monday - 5 miles (treadmill or Leslie)

    Tuesday - 5 miles (treadmill or Leslie)

    Wednesday - 5 miles (treadmill or Leslie)

    Thursday - 5 miles (treadmill or Leslie)

    Which will add up to 64.75...exceeding my goal! That's the plan...now I just have to get it done! :)

    Sounds like EVERYONE here is racking up the miles...I'm proud of you!!!

    I was sick so I hadn't been logging in. Hope to get back to it now...Doing PT and OT for approx. 2 hours a day. Dumbells, arm bike for
    15 minutes, pulley machine, leg lifts and stretches, walking about 600 feet a day.It's challenging, but I have to do this before I can get
    back to regular exercises.

    Just wanted to give you an update...enjoy the rest of the month!!!

    3 miles: outdoors. (plus garden work later in evening :glasses: )
    Goal for January: 60 combined miles

    So far: 24 Leslie/ other walking DVD miles

    So far: 14.50 outdoor miles

    Unbelievable that we are going into our last week of February :noway: Our group is walking strong for sure :smile:

    Wow Sue, you are doing some awesome strength exercising over in PT. As well as some great walking... you have increased so much the length that you are able to walk now!! I am so very proud of you. You are going to be sooooo able to ease back into your previous exercise routines!!

    You have made great use of the month of February!!!

    Happy Sunday Walking Pals!

    I am happy to report that I am at 36.75 miles so far for the month! I kicked it up this weekend and I have 23.25 miles to go to reach my 60 mile February walking goal.

    I'm off to do Leslie's 5 mile fat burning DVD, I did 4 miles this morning on the treadmill at the gym.

    Monday's Goal: 4.5 miles

    Tuesday's Goal: 5 miles

    Wednesday's Goal: 6 miles

    Thursday's Goal: 5 miles

    I know I will reach my 60 mile goal. I'm very thankful for this challenge group, it was just the push I needed! :happy:
