2 miles: Walk the Walk (added my own boosts, been sick last few days and only felt like a 2 miler today)

Participating in the goal on Leslie Sansone Walk social page of 1 mile a day for each day of 2013. Started 1/1/13.
Completed 30 Day Shred in January 2013 plus walked minimum of 1 mile per day using Leslie DVD's and participated in Zumba class 1 day a week in January.
Walked 43 Miles in February. Attended 2 Zumba classes in February.
Increasing walk goal for March to 2 Miles a day so at least 62 miles planned for March.

I hit my my February 2013 Walk Challenge walking friends!
My kicked up week paid off and my grand total for the month of February 2013 was 62.75 miles for the month! I'm so proud of myself! I finally finished something I started! Yay me! :happy:

Hi all, my goal for Feb was 40 miles. I did 37 (I just went back to my exercise log and counted up all the walking). I used Walk away the pounds for abs, the 2 mile challenge for most of the month, but over the last 10 days of the month, I used the 3 mile fat burning challenge, and I really feel the difference. Also, I do at most 1 mile at a time, so I break it up on the days when I do 1.5 or 2 miles with Leslie.

Even though I did not meet my goa of 40 miles, I am proud to have done 37! This time last year, that would not have even been a thought/plan/goal! March, here I come!!!
